Mr. Mathew has an experience of more than 10 years of independently handling the tasks of outsourcing and off-shoring, accounts and taxation which includes working with various UK and Ireland clients and working with 33 years old Chartered Accountancy and Tax firm based out of National Capital Region, New Delhi India having its branch offices at Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune and representative office in Jaipur and is specialized in managing work with the processing team.

He has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and also holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He has been associated with renowned industry experts some of which includes Cowgill Holloway and EXL Services and independently handled Book-Keeping, VAT, Year-End Accounts, Management Accounts, Filing of Financial Statements with Companies House and HMRC, Quality Checks, Root Cause Analysis, Imparting Training and running programs for skill development of team members. He is adept in setup of Accounting Processes and also handles outsourced assignment for entities operating across various countries across the Globe, some of noteworthy countries include UK, USA, Ireland and Australia. He is an exceptional team player and independently handles team of approximately 20 members. He independently handles overseas clients and possesses exceptional public relation skills with proven track record. Ms. Rebecca has an experience of more than 12 years as Corporate Professional of independently handling, Legal, Secretarial and other allied corporate law matters for large and mid-sized Multinational Corporations.

She is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2014 and a graduate in Commerce from the University of Delhi.

She understands laws which affect the organization’s Business Operations and she has been instrumental in setup of various Standard Operating Procedures for effective implementation of a sustainable Compliance Framework within the organization.

She is adept at handling various legal matters of the Company and appearing before various Courts/Authorities/ forums/ Statutory Authorities and departments on behalf of the Large and MSME Sector. She is a support system and lead on policy programs initiatives in order to create maximum impact and build support amongst stakeholders.

She has worked across a variety of teams from product, policy, legal, Communications, Marketing and diverse global government affairs team with ability to coordinate across regions, product areas and functions.

During her stint with one of the Global Consulting Firms she played a pivotal role on implementation of the “Ease of Doing Business” and “Make in India” initiatives of the Govt. of India.

She Possesses exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills with proven abilities in Liaisoning with government departments and regulatory authorities.
