Mr. Swarup Roy Chowdhury is associated with The Institute of Cost Accountant of India (ICAI) as a Fellow member since 1996. He is also Bachelor of Commerce from the Calcutta University in the Year 1989; Mr. Swarup Roy Chowdhury is also having Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from NIHRD, Chennai, India.

He is presently practicing as a Cost & Management Accountant in India. His Firm Swarup Roy Chowdhury & Co. is based in Greater Noida, National Capital Region, India.

A Senior Business and Corporate Finance Executive with almost 35 years of experience possessing comprehensive skills, knowledge and exposure in the field of Bookkeeping, Financial Accounting, Payroll Management and Employee Taxation, Financial Analysis of major Cost Drivers, International business advisory, Management consultancy, Cash Flow Management – implementation for payment approval & control. He is also well versed in operating accounting Softwares such as Quick Books, Great Plain, Xero, IRIS, Expensify, Bill.com, Concur, Tally-ERP-9, Tally prime, SAP FICO Module R3.

Mr. Roy Chowdhury has successfully transitioned the complete process of in-house Accounts Payable (P2P) and Accounts Receivable processes from San Mateo and Santa Cruz, California, USA into India consecutively for the years 2014, 2015 and 2017 and established a complete set up for an IT/ITES based MNC in India.

He has also successfully transitioned the UK Accounting-Outsourcing Process from Dua & Company, CA Company based in the Watford, UK to India and established a complete set up in New Delhi, India in 2018 which included team hiring, training and productivity.

Mr. Kanishk Arora is the member of board of directors of KNS Globetech and a non-executive director. He is a seasoned professional and has diverse experience of more than 12 years. He is a visionary leader and believes in the concept of consistent and constant improvisation and evolvement. Mr. Kanishk Arora solely believes in the motto of EMPOWERING CORPORATES. He has also started a new initiative by the name of Nuggets of Knowledge (NoK) through which he endeavours to make knowledge relating to Corporate Affairs accessible to all thereby moving one step ahead towards his motto.

He is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2012 and is presently practicing as a Company Secretary, Registered Valuer and a Trademark Agent in India. His Firm Kanishk Arora & Co. is a peer reviewed Unit and has its base in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, India with associations across India and notable countries.

Mr. Kanishk Arora’s specialization is in handling complex assignments of Corporate Laws, Valuation, Securities Law and Taxation Laws. He is regularly appearing before various Quasi-Judicial Authorities and other regulators. His core area of specialization also includes business/commercial negotiations and dispute resolution. His drafting skills are beyond excellence and he has hands-on experience in drafting contracts, replies to notices, agreements, complaints and other corporate documents.

Mr. Kanishk Arora is also associated with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as a member of the Committee for ICSI Vision 2030, he is also a speaker and guest faculties for programmes organized by ICSI on the topics Company Incorporation, IPR Laws and Practice, Startup India and others.
